Return & Exchange Policy
Pelle Jackets uses the highest quality material to manufacture its products and satisfy customers through its services. However, the following policies will apply if a customer wishes to return or exchange the product in any unforeseen situation.
Please make sure you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. In case you don’t agree with any of the mentioned clauses, please refrain from buying products from our website.
Important Note: To claim any return or exchange, the product needs to be unused/unworn. Also, it must have its own original tag and packaging.
- Exchange requests are not accepted for customized orders
- For exchange or return, The customer is required to bear the shipping charges both ways; Return shipping charges applicable to ship the product back to our warehsouse as well as the shipping charges required to deliver the product from our warehouse to the customer’s location.
- The option of free shipping is not applicable on the exchanged products
- Customers need to wait for 3 to 5 days after sending their product for exchange. The Quality Assurance team examines the product to ensure it’s unused/unworn and not damaged by the customer. Once the QA department is satisfied, the procedure is taken forward. It might take up to two to three weeks to send the exchanged product
Return is applicable only in certain cases. Pelle Jackets considers itself fully accountable for delivering the best quality products. However, if there are genuine issues like those mentioned below, then you can claim the return for your product:
- The delivered product is different from what you placed an order for
- The size/measurements of the delivered order are different from what was ordered
- The delivered product is damaged, dented or not in a condition to be worn
Pelle Jackets reserves the right to refuse the customers’ return, exchange, or refund claims depending upon the situation. To ensure your claim is accepted, you need to make sure that the reason you present is legit. Pelle Jackets never processes return/exchange requests for random or generic reasons.
Also, return/exchange claims need to be raised within 15 days of receiving your order. Any claims raised after this time period shall not be entertained.
We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange and refund claims on any items damaged from the customer or from other authorities (in rare cases) during the shipment process.
